Banana Pancakes (Gluten Free) Makes 1 serving Ingredients 2 eggs 1 banana Cinnamon to taste Instructions Blend bananas and eggs together in the blender so there are no lumps. Add cinnamon and blend again or stir. Fry in a skillet like pancakes and serve. Garnish as you please.
